Relationships

Marital Status: Telling us your marital status helps us address you and your spouse correctly in future communications. In example: "Hi, Mr. Bulldog" vs. "Hi, Mr. & Mrs. Bulldog!".

Number of Children: Did you know that we recently re-launched our legacy program, Bulldog Born? Enrolling your child or grandchild will make them eligible to receive complimentary gifts celebrating their milestones.

Affiliations & Demographics

Race/Ethnicity Data: We are updating how we record and report this data to better match professional standards so your assistance is needed to ensure the accuracy of our current records.
