Everclass - Conversation with Bruce Odle, LW’94, President of Imagn, the nation’s largest sports-image wire service

Join fellow alumni and friends to hear from Bruce Odle, LW’94, regarding his experience leading overall management, business development and strategic partnerships at Imagn, A USA Today Sports Media Group Company. During a Q&A facilitated by Jerry Anderson, Dean of the Drake Law School, Bruce will discuss topics including Imagn’s acquisition by Gannet Co, start-ups, image rights and contract rights.

Prior to the start of Bruce’s tenure at Imagn in 2008, he was Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer and inside Legal Counsel of a learning technology company that grew from start-up to market leader over a ten-year period. His responsibilities including raising $10M in private equity, managing shareholder relationships and securing strategic partnership for global sales and distribution. He also managed the spinout of a sports performance division where he oversaw product development and beta testing with 50 college teams and 100 pro athletes from the NBA, NFL and NHL.
