DU Good Day 2016

DU Good Day – Chicago

Join fellow Bulldogs across the country in our national day of service on Saturday, September 16. This event will bring together Drake alumni, family, and friends. Join your fellow Bulldogs and give back! In Chicago, alumni will be hand-packing rice, soy, dried vegetables and a nutritionally complete blend of vitamins and minerals into bags which are then sealed, boxed, placed on pallets and shipped to our incredible partners working hard to reach the neediest children around the world. The event takes place from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at Feed My Starving Children located at 1072 National Parkway, Schaumburg, IL.

This event is family friendly. We need a minimum of ten volunteers, but only have enough room for thirty to participate. Please wear clean clothing and closed-toed shoes as they are required. Volunteers are asked not to wear or bring any jewelry, due to FDA compliance for food manufacturing plants.
