What does The Drake Fund support?

What is Drake's fiscal year?

The Drake Fund recognizes gifts according to the University's fiscal year, which runs from July 1-June 30.

How will I know Drake received my gift?

Drake's Office of Alumni and Development will issue a gift receipt for your charitable contribution.

What are the tax benefits of making a gift to Drake University?

All gifts to Drake University are tax deductible under current federal income tax regulations. Keep all receipts of your personal giving for your tax records. Bequests and other estate gift vehicles may offer significant tax benefits. For more information, visit Drake's Planned Giving Site.

Yes! The online giving form offers several giving options.

How will I be recognized?

Drake University recognizes all contributions by its constituents in an honor roll of donors. There are additional opportunities for recognition depending on where you make your gift. The President's Circle recognizes contributions to The Drake Fund at a leadership level. The honor roll of donors can be viewed at www.drake.edu/donors.
